EXCHANGE POLICY

15-DAY HASSLE-FREE EXCHANGES

We want every AKVRIX silhouette to fit with absolute precision. If the size or fit is not ideal, you can initiate an exchange or return within 15 days of delivery directly through your account.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

• The garment must be unworn, unwashed, and in pristine condition.

• All original tags, silicone zippers, and protective packaging must remain intact.

• Free doorstep courier pickup is arranged by our logistics team.

REFUND TIMELINES

For prepaid orders, refunds are credited back to the original payment method (Bank / Card / UPI) within 3–5 business days of inspection. For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds are processed via secure direct UPI or NEFT transfer.
